Background
I designed and led the development of AI Insights Follow Up, a feature that transforms the NBA app by allowing fans to dive deeper into game analysis through AI-powered, interactive content. During live games, users can explore insights in the Insights Tab and select from curated follow-up questions to enhance their understanding of the action. This innovation not only increases fan engagement but also captures valuable data on user preferences, enabling the creation of more personalized and dynamic future features. This feature delivers a more immersive and tailored experience for every fan.
